The grip can be claimed for free at any event attended by DLX. Players may also claim their grip through their chosen authorized dealer.

Authorized dealers can have the factory grip set sent to their store by providing marker serial numbers to their respective sales contact. The grips will be included with the next wholesale shipment to the requesting retailer.
